The cancellation of the service without penalità is accepted within 6 hours before for the services in town and 24 hours bifore for the services out town. A penality equal to the 50 % of the ammount of the service is applied to the reached bads lucks over the foreseen times.
For the arrivals in airport, if not informed before, a maximum delay of 60 minutes, beyond this terms is borne every time or fraction is an hour of arrangement considered.
For the arrivals in railway station or  in port, if not informed bifore, a 30 minutes maximum delay is borne, beyond this term every time or fraction is an hour of arrangement considered.
For departures is bornr a maximum delay of  20 minutes, beyond this term considers himself an hour of arrangement as every time or fraction.

N.B. Availabilities to the service development can not be warranted exceed the tolerance times regards the delays.
